Senior Lettings Negotiator

An experienced Negotiator is required full-time to be based in our Crewkerne Office.

If you have an outgoing personality and the flair to succeed this could present a great opportunity for your future.
Principal roles to include advising existing and potential landlords in relation to preparation of their property for letting and its subsequent maintenance, advise regarding legal and safety implications.
Maintainting mangement records and reports, preparatioin of window displays and advertising, undertaking of viewings and obtaining references for potential tenants.
Drawing up of inventories and schedules of condition, checking tenants in and out of properties. Liasing with contractors to arrange repairs and maintenance of properties, arranging renewals.
